Kabab Culture is the first concept from Desi Gastronomy, founded by Sidhartha Rao (Sid) alongside TV personality Kunal Lamba and Chef Sanjay Casley. Their shared mission: build a culinary powerhouse around one obsession — the kabab.
The Pedigree Behind the Kitchen
Kunal's career spans three continents — from ITC Maurya in Delhi to Jean-Georges in New York — including Culinary Director at Devi, the USA's first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant. Chef Sanjay brings twenty years of craft from India to beloved NJ institutions like Moghul and Urban Spice.
A Kabab Program Unlike Any Other
The menu spans the full Indian subcontinent — Lucknowi galouti, Amritsari fish, sizzling Angaarey chicken — all grilled to order in the tandoor. Spice levels are calibrated to satisfy heat seekers and welcome the whole family.
